PM Assistant (Non-IT)
Project Description:
The end customer is the European leader in professional translations and is one of the most dynamic businesses in the industry.
The company has a presence in more than 20 countries and on 3 continents (Europe, North America, and Asia) and distinguishes itself by its multi-local market approach, a unique trait that made it the preferred partner for many companies around the globe.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage translation orders in line with customer requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate closely with customers and internal teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Organize, oversee, and monitor workflows and project timelines.
- Track key Service Delivery KPIs, including deadlines, productivity and customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Main requirements:
- English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
- Experience in managing customer relationships, including handling complaints will be a plus.
